YIP 8.0 Immersion Training Program for District level Winners School - DEC 2025

Young Innovators Programme under the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) aimed at fostering innovation in Kerala's youth. It encourages students and young people between the ages of 13 and 35 to develop new products, services, or models to address social and economic challenges. The program is designed to create a culture of innovation through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving

The immersion workshop will be on Ideation & Prototyping of Design Thinking. This helps students to understand the basic tools required to prototype. This workshop is designed to provide hands-on, engaging, and experiential learning that enhances skill acquisition, knowledge retention, and confidence through practice and real-time feedback so that they can go ahead with their fine tuned idea to become state level winners.
