-  As a practicing professional counselor in Kerala, India with over 12 years of experience, I have worked with clients in a wide range of settings; including residential, private practice, and community based. In my professional time I have addressed a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar Educational and Addiction challenges, . I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. 

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, NLP, Psychodynamic, Motivation Enhancement, rational-emotive behavioral, and Hypnotherapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more meaningful and fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change, because these first steps can be uncertain and overwhelming at times. Young Innovators Programme YIP 5.0 SSK Block Level Training Workshops @ BRC Kolanchery, BRC Perumbavoor and BRC Piravam SEP 2023 - Lead Trainer - One Full Day Workshop for Young Innovators

As an ICTAK empaneled Master Trainer supported YIP Project by Govt of Kerala. Young Innovators Programme is a specially designed programme under Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council.

YIP Shastrapatham Block level training organized by Department of Public Education at different Blocks, for Samagra Shiksha Kerala to inculcate interest in research among high school and higher secondary students so that scientific solutions to social problems can be found. Twenty-two subject areas are provided to children through the YIP Science Pathway 2023 programme. The project has been designed in such a way that the child can select the ones that interest him and conduct research. It was a one day workshop managed by a Lead trainer and two assistant trainers to train the Young Innovators under SSK.
