Laughter Yoga Session @ Nirmala Medical Yoga Centre - (SEP 2022)








Nirmala Yoga Centre is indispensable part of the Nirmala Medical Centre, Muvattupuzha. Sr Infant Tresa FCC manage the Yoga Centre. This Laughter Yoga Session was a part of their Onam celebration prize distribution ceremony SEPT 2022.

L.Y. Sessions combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. Ten to 15 minutes of LY exercises can reduce stress, make your immune system stronger and keep your mind positive during challenging times. Thanks to my Guru, Dr. Madan Kataria, the Indian physician who developed this exercise program where anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedies.
