-  As a practicing professional counselor in Kerala, India with over 12 years of experience, I have worked with clients in a wide range of settings; including residential, private practice, and community based. In my professional time I have addressed a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar Educational and Addiction challenges, . I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. 

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, NLP, Psychodynamic, Motivation Enhancement, rational-emotive behavioral, and Hypnotherapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more meaningful and fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change, because these first steps can be uncertain and overwhelming at times.
