Rajesh Panicker - As a practicing professional counsellor in Kerala, India, with over 15 years of experience, he has worked with clients in a wide range of settings, including residential, private practice, and community-based. In his professional time, he has addressed a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, bipolar, educational and addiction challenges. He has also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. 

His therapy style is warm and interactive. He believes in treating everyone with respect and compassion. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, NLP, psychodynamic, motivation enhancement, rational-emotive behavioral, and hypnotherapy. He will tailor the dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more meaningful and fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change, because these first steps can be uncertain and overwhelming at times. The College is run by Bahuleyan Charitable Foundation (BCF) is a not-for- profit company established by Dr.Kumar Bahuleyan in 1993.

International Yoga Day Programs at various corporate organizations Jun 2025

The theme for International Yoga Day 2025 is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”

These are some of the  Corporate yoga sessions conducted in the month of JUN 2025. These were workplace wellness motivational programs that include yoga poses, breathing exercises and Laughter Yoga methods to help employees reduce stress, improve physical fitness, and enhance mental clarity. These programs were tailored to the professional environment, often incorporating chair-based or desk stretches that can be done in office attire, and aim to boost productivity and overall employee well-being. Sessions were conducted on-site to fit company needs.
