Workshop on Supervised Counselling @ TRADA - DEC 2025

 

An intensive and highly interactive two-day workshop on Supervised Counselling was successfully conducted at TRADA with a focused group of 12 participants, guided by three experienced trainers, Sr. Dr. Joan Chunkapura MMS(Secretary & Principal), Mr. Sigy Antony (Vice Principal) & Mr. Rajesh Panicker (Counseling Psychologist and wellness coach). The small group setting allowed for close supervision, meaningful dialogue, and personalized feedback. The workshop blended theory with practice through case discussions, role-plays, live demonstrations, and reflective exercises. Participants actively engaged in supervised counselling sessions, gaining deeper insights into counselling skills, ethical practices, and professional self-awareness. The collaborative learning environment fostered confidence, clarity, and competence, making the workshop a valuable and enriching professional development experience.
