Health, wealth, and friendship form a powerful triad where physical vitality, material security, and meaningful social bonds support a truly fulfilling life. In retirement, taking care of our bodies and minds is no longer something we squeeze into a busy weekend—it is our primary job. Health in our senior years isn’t about running marathons; it’s about maintaining our independence and vitality. Financial wealth in retirement isn’t about accumulation anymore; it is about preservation and smart stewardship. True friends are there to celebrate our joys, check in on us when we are unwell, and offer a listening ear when life gets heavy. Thank you KSEB Pensioners association State level leader Mrs. E.P. Sreedevi (My cousin) and the entire leadership for inviting me for this speech
