'Managing is about People' Session for Navy Schools Principals and Commanding Officers - MAY 2023

It was a session on how to manage members in a team by improving communication and relationship, using a psychological tool - Transactional Analysis. The session was at Naval Children's school Conference Hall, Cochin. The different types of transactions explain how interactions from the different ego states interact with each other while we interact. 20 Principals from different Navy schools across India and 10 Commanding Officers participated very actively in the session. Humbled by their hospitality care and involvement. Salute to you.
