It was a session on how to manage misbehavior in teenage children by improving communication and  relationship, using a psychological tool - Transactional Analysis. The session was an online offline hybrid session from Naval school Cochin. The different types of transactions explain how interactions from the different ego states interact with each other. 20 PGT s from different states participated very actively in the session.
