VPS Lakeshore of Kochi Oncology Department in association with INTAS Pharmaceuticals conducted Yoga awareness program for the department staff on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2023. This year, the theme of the day is “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” The theme represents the desire for one Earth, one family, and one future.
Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. It has been shown to have a wide range of benefits, including improving physical fitness, reducing stress, and boosting mental health. We focused on giving awareness about the importance of lifestyle in preventing physical & mental stress and improving the quality of life.
